Lenovo Yoga 2 11 20332 Win8. Non-stop boot-loop into OneKeyRecovery after sucsessful factory reset.

Need help with a strange problem, with which I do not see a normal way to fix, after a successful recovery from the factory backup, after using Onekey Recovery. Not so long ago Yoga stop boot in the operating system (Windows 8) and there was only one way, use OneKey Recovery to restore everything back.  After the successful restoration from hidden factory partition, Lenovo Yoga refuse to boot into OS and constantly booting into OneKey Recovery, without using OneKey button. When you push Power button Lenovo logo pop on screen, than loading bar appear on bottom and after it load OneKey Recovery screen. I try use options from OneKey screen, like Boot Option, it bring nothings there , just empty blue screen. It going in loop no matter what option I try use..  Still same OneKey screen on start, what asking me to Reset or use Backup image. I did factory reset several times already, with successful confirmation, no fix done yet..  Is there a known problem or way to stop boot OneKey Recovery in loop? All BIOS setting in factory default, and searching on WEB bring nothings useful. There a lot similar problems with some type of variation but recommendations seems not apply on my situation. I getting sick of that.. and absolutely no idea what can be done else. Please, I need direct response from Lenovo tech support or someone who has same and was able to fix. This is Lenovo Yoga 2 11, model name: 20332. Made in 2014.

Hello Viktor19

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.

Do keep in mind that the forums are mainly compromised of people offering their free time to help out others, so except for the few official Lenovo employees, this is not the official support.

Which brings me to my next point, if the unit is stuck in a boot loop, I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers

Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

That a ridiculous. Why bothering even answer, to mention about that is forum just for rhetoric and populists spending their free time to bla, bla bla...  not for techs from Lenovo? Is here forum created on Lenovo site? Or it just public place?
Second: from your answer with absolutely in genius recommendation to call them, what bring me to my next point  >>> if the unit is stuck in a One Key boot loop, you call it general design flaw by factory? Because the only solution here, is call them and ask? Right? And what to do with piece of metal and plastic, what already lost warranty, as it was made in 2014... Please.. if you have no idea/tips/proven technique, how to help , other than just to call into support, better just keep silence, and not to waste you precious free time, bother to write here according to your very own "Do keep in mind that the forums are mainly compromised of people offering their free time"

First of all, being rude will not help you or anyone around you at all... I was simply offering my opinion on the situation, by all means do with it what you will.

I meant that as it is stuck in a boot loop, likely something hardware related has failed, hence why I have recommended that you contact support, as they would be able to advise you on your potential repair options. You can always try the tried and true method of factory reset, if the issue would persist after that, then it would more than likely be a hardware issue.

I did not mean that it is a design flaw, this sort of issue can happen not only to every single computer, but to any tablet, phone, desktop pc, pretty much any electrical device at this point. Simple as that.

The forums are indeed not the direct tech support for Lenovo, those would be the actual tech support phone lines. Hence the name.

Hope this helps you understand.
