I've been dealing with this issue for a while now and cannot find a forum with the same issue as me.
Whenever I turn on my laptop it automatically says headphones are plugged in even if they are not and will not play sound from the speakers. I have tried reinstalling drivers and nothing has worked. Sound comes in through the headphones, but will not come through the speakers even if I unplug the headphones.

Welcome to the Lenovo Community !
Have you tried inserting and then removing your headphone plug several times from the audio port? From what you have described it almost sounds like a contact is stuck inside the audio port causing the computer to think the headphones are being used. Likewise the audio port maybe damaged.
If you are unable to resolve the problem I would recommend you contact Lenovo Support for additional assistance.

I'm not an owner of your model, but I suspect that the headphones and speakers are with-in the same circuit. In other words when the headphones are plugged in it basically breaks the connection to the speakers so that the sound plays on the headphones only. If there is a problem with the audio port and the port is falsely detecting the headphones are plugged in even though they aren't I don't think a Windows setting will correct the problem. You can give it a try and see. Go into Windows Control Panel and click on the Sound Icon. Then right click on the headphones and choose disable. Just make sure your speakers are set for the default device.

The only other thing I can think of is the audio control panel. I assume you have the Realtek drivers installed and if so the Realtek Audio Control Panel may offer additional options.
