My lenovo yoga 2 13 '' has a problem with the touchscreen. In normal mode using the fingers does not work this area of the screen. The problem persists in other modes.
is a software or hardware issue? I can fix it alone or I must bring it to Lenovo service?

Hi Behind ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
The way that it looks on the image on how it its very delineated onscreen appears a hardware failure of the digitizer.
To best check , turn off the machine and use the novo button to turn on .
Choose system recovery (no need to click on ok to proceed ) . Test by moving your fingers onscreen as it would show a pointer and likewise ripple like effect on the areas of the LCD.
Cancel to avoid proceeding (OneKeyRecovery to cancel and avoid any reset) after the test .
Touch features would also be available on the system recovery screen outside windows.
If same issue , best that you notify technical support and inform them the test we have here.
Hope this help answer your query.
