Tried bios reset, acpi cleaned up.nothing help. Lenovo official service insitis to replace the battery. I feel that this is a programming bug rather than hardware issue. Hi there, Fox -
Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
It could be a faulty battery. This usually happens if the battery is not communicating with the system.
Try this step:
Power off the system. Disconnect the adapter and the battery. Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds (without adapter and battery). Now connect the battery and the adapter. Power on the system and check if it works fine.
Update us how it goes.

It does not help. Just wonder why Lenovo install and recommends One Key program and does not bother to test it first? I paid money for this computer and now have to act as a free tester!
What else you can recommend in order to make it work?

Hi, I have the same exact problem now.
Tried everything, nothing is working. Is you problem solved? and if yes, how did you solve it??

This is a software problem. If you pressed the ON button for 3 minutes and nothing happened, you should go to someone who fix computers. try official guarantee shop first, but usually they offer to buy a new expensive battery. but all you need is just to re-set your battery. Someone should open and remove the battery and then put it back. it starts to work immediately
