Lenovo Yoga 3 14 Slow performance when upgrading to windows 10 Version 1703

Slow performance (mainly Keyboard and mouse lag) when upgrading windows 10 Version 1703, after contacting Microsoft they said i should downgrade to earlier Windows 10 Version 1511 and problem now solved, is there any solution available to upgrade to latest windows 10 version without slow performance although model no. is tested for latest windows 10 Version.

Check to see that everything (drivers, etc) is up to date. Especially the BIOS.

Thanks for your reply, all the drivers is up to date except for the BIOS when I try to update it the below msg appears 

"error 220 failed at power status check status 222"

The BIOS won't update unless the computer is on AC power and the battery is sufficiently charged.
