It's been a few days since my computer only starts with Novo Button. I already tried holding the power button for 30 seconds and it did not help.
What is the next option? i don't want to have to reformat and spend all the time installing softwares. It will take me almost a day to get it all done and I need my computer for work

Boot the computer however you have to. Once you're on the Windows desktop, press the power button and tell us what happens.

Just to be sure, can you check
Settings > System > Power and Sleep > Additional Power Settings > Choose what the Power Buttons do
and make sure both battery and plugged in are set to "shut down?"
Though, I think you have a hardware issue. The power button is actually just a piece of plastic that presses the actual button on the motherboard. I'm thinking either a piece of the plastic button has broken off or the real button on the motherboard is broken/malfunctioning. In either case, that's going to necessitate sending it in for repair unless it's out of warranty and you're comfortable messing around with it.

it is out of warranty, I have it for over 2 years.
Power buttons are set to sleep and hibernate.
I have never messed with a computer.
I may be better off continue using novo button every time than mess up and lose everything in the hd

Probably the better option. In the meantime, back everything up just to be safe.
