I have a yoga 3 pro and recently updated to windows 10. What a idea!
Since than, I have the following problem:
The trackpad is functional weird.
When I restart or "power on" my laptop the following occurs:
Within the start button I cannot use the scroll function... (I cannot scroll to the "all apps menu" using the 2 finger guesture, I actually can not scroll at all in the start menu.)
When I put the laptop into hibernate mode and I wake it up again... it is all super weird... The scrolling still does not work but even the new task view menu using 3 fingers up scrolling does not work neither work the 4 finger guestures.
I of course tried the old driver and the scrollign works better ut the "new gesture" modes are not available PLUS Windows 10 forces me to update the trackpad driver.
Is this problem known to Lenovo and is there a problem solution in progress and more importantly are other users experiencing the same problem?

Hello Community.... Okay I just wanted to share my latest developments on my trackpad malfunction issue.
I called the support team of Lenovo in Germany and they told me, that the Yoga 3 pro is yet not ready for an upgrate to Windows 10, due to 3 main problems.
These problems are:
- Wifi problems (Wifi breaks up after a while or after waking notebook after hibernate mode)
- Trackpad, the problem is exactly like I discribed it
- Overheat problems... Especially while charging apparently some models are overheating and the Notebook switches off.
The support recommendation: (NO JOKE)
Downgrate back to Windows 8.1 and wait until all drivers are reliable.
Hope that helps some of you as well... Even though no one seems to have the problem here...

I upgraded my Yoga 3 Pro to windows 10 about 4 weeks ago, is there an update to this recommendation or should I really downgrade? Plus, I bought a second Yoga 3 Pro for the wife in July and it came shipped with Windows 10, so I really doubt that I should downgrade to 8.1. Any advice?

I updated my Y3P to Windows 10 a month or so ago and it runs great. It did take an update to smoothen out and eliminate some sporadic lag in certain apps, but it's definitely ready for Winodws 10. I did the update through the official Microsoft update app on the bottom of my screen instead of forcing it and risking activation issues.
Mostly I run Linux Mint (17.2 64-bit with Cinnamon desktop) and I am very impressed with Lenovo's support for Linux.
