I have also tried to uninstall Power Management Driver (Microsoft AC adapter and microsoft ACPI-compliant) and re-install new software that provide following link:
Unfortunately, it doesn't work.

Hi chaaon85 ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
With the steps you have already tried and likewise BIOS update it would eventually lead to battery integrity .
How was the battery using the Energy Manager?
How about on a generated report on the command prompt ?
How was the battery status indicator (page 28) while in the BIOS ?
Update us how things go.

I have gotten the same problem.
Firstly, the battery was stucked at 12 % and it hasn't increased over 12% while charged. Right now, it is stucked at 0%

Hi chaaon85 ,
Since you have tried those recommended steps as mentioned , only thing to complely rule out possible hardware issue is launching full factory reset . This would however delete all applications and data from your pc and install a fresh out of the box image.
You may need to call in technical support for possible repair options specially if you have the same issue after the One Key Recovery restore.
Update us as it goes.
