I currently have a Lenovo Yoga 500 14ISK. I was looking at upgrading the hard drive. I'm was going to put a standard SSD in it, but I was wondering if this model would actully be able to take M.2 SSD drive? Something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-MZ-V6E250BW-250GB-Express-Solid/dp/B01M211K53/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qi...

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Checking on both manual (page 26) and product specification, the Yoga 500-14ISK aka Flex 3-14 in US and other regions do not have M.2 interface slot on it. It only offers: Up to 1TB HDD OR up to 1TB SSHD (8GB)
Replacement SATA SSD can be a better option as here.
• 2.5-inch, 7 mm SATA II/SATA III
• 500 GB / 1 TB 5,400 rpm
Some: HDD / 2.5" wide, 7mm high
Some: SSHD with 8GB NAND flash memory
Here is also the service training module with the FRU videos to check the locations of available ports and slots for the machine model.
Hope this helps answer your query.
