Hi there, Ferdyan -
Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.
If you open up your task manager, do you see any processes that are consuming high percentages of CPU?
Run virus scan with the latest virus definitions and check for no viruses or malware.
Also, you could use the System Restore feature to get your computer back the time when it worked.

Can you please try running Solution Center and doing a full hardware scan. This is so that we can eliminate any hardware issue.
Here is the download link for Lenovo Solution Center, download the one for windows 8.1(64bit) then once installed update to the latest version.
If there are any error message please post the part of test that failed.
Hope to hear from you soon.

In this case I would recommend doing a factory reset using One Key Recovery. Just a warning this will delete everything on the computer, proceed at your own discretion. If you wish to proceed please follow these steps.
Once the done with the recovery, restart the system and set up windows. If you still notice performance issues, please do a hardware scan using Lenovo Solution Center to isolate the failing component.
