The problem started after the installation of the latest update of windows 10. While working on the pc the screen goes suddenly black but the power is still on. The only way to light again the screen is to switch the power off by pressing the button for 10sec so as to open the windows again. The laptop (Yoga 500-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) is brand new, 10 days in use.
Also, the battery shows me a message "The adapter cannot support your computer fully and should be replaced as soon as possible".
Does the laptop need replaced or are they any practical solutions that can be fixed by me?
my laptop's specifications :
Processor: Inter(R) Core(TM) i5-6200 CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.40 GHz
System Type: 4-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I reset my laptop to initial condition with onekey recovery app and the problem with the sudden black screen is not happening anymore and also the bug with the battery adapter is fixed. It seems like the anniversary update for Win10 created the problem.

I installed the driver and i also did the other solution but unfortunately, I still have the problem with the sudden black screen in my laptop, but now it only happens when my laptop is not charging.

The driver didn't fix the issue in my Y500 either.
Shame. It's on warranty so i'll try to replace it and check whether it occurs in every Y500 model. If it happens again, I will definitely resign from any Lenovo products.
