Instead of sleeping when closing the lid, pressing the power button, sleeping after timeout or choosing sleep from the Windows menu the computer shuts down loosing all the open windows.
Pressing the power button initiates a normal start
It happens with updated software from Lenovo and after restoring to the manufacturer original status.
The computer has been send to Lenovo for repair, but still not working.

If the unit has been sent for a repair previously, then I would recommend that you get back in touch with the support service, and request the unit to be sent for another repair.
