Lenovo Yoga 510 problem

2017-04-30, 17:46 PM

I have a Lenovo Yoga 510 that is barely a week old and I am having problems with the mouse. It seems to be sticking consantly, zooming in and out of web pages and web tabs are going into brand new tabs. Its rather frustrating that its brand new and I am already having problems! The only things installed on the laptop are Google Chrome and AVG. I was wondering if the McAfee could be conflicting. Any help or fixes would be great!

Hi there, Amyjhill                   -

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

You probably need to reduce the sensitivity of the touchpad tapping function or turn it off in the touchpad properties. (Control Panel > Mouse).

Uninstall Lenovo Energy Management from Control Panel.

Download and install the Lenovo Energy Management and corresponding Lenovo touchpad driver

Update us how it goes.
