What is your CPU model? This CPU load is not normal. Before trying to fix Edge can you try with another two browsers, such as I.E. and Chrome, open the same tabs and post task manager screenshot? Remember to close all Edge instances from Task manager before trying with another browser or you can restart the laptop just to be safe. Run the test one by one and post two screenshots, one per browser.

Indeed you have a powerful system. As you can see there is an issue with Edge which consumes at least four times more CPU usage. Please answer the following questions:
1) When you use a browser other than Edge is the fan spinning that much? Is the laptop THAT hot compared to when you use Edge?
2) Delete all history from Edge so that you reset it to default. Remember to check all boxes including the ones in drop down list. Now restart Edge and try again. Post the results again in a screenshot.

The Fan spins on both, browser and edge.
Edge has trouble on certain web pages, compared to a browser with same web page its fine. Web page's with streaming!! like youtube as its video based, Edge and Browser gets worse, that the fan spins fast. I have cleaned web history, here are the links
Edge is the worse one out them all, the only thing I have found helpful is having only one tab open. If you have multiple tabs open, Edge seems too treat all them as "active".

First of all, all of them are browsers so don't separate them like that
I' ve done some searching to help you with this issue and it seems that other users have this issue as well. Have a look here:
Is the noise that the fans make the same as in this video:
Which exact model model Yoga 700 do you have? Did you search support for a BIOS upgrade? It seems more like software issue than hardware.

Yes, I tried to break it down, worded it wrong.
The first link about another user describing his problem, my problem is tottaly the same to his. My Bios is up to date version 22 from factory, there hasn't been an update on BiOS ever since i got the laptop.
Its a Lenovo Yoga 700 14isk http://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-700-14isk?tabName=Dow...
The grinding noise only appears when using Adobe Premiere, when exporting a video thats when it happends as it users alot of cpu load. Its fine when turning it on, Its not grinding constantly as in the video, but i can see it getting worse over time. I have this software CPUID HWMonitor where u can check for drive and BIOS updates in tools, this is the result on BIOS update. http://s32.postimg.org/x37fp4rr9/image.png
Also in Pririform Speccy software it says BIOS date of 07/09/15 on Lenovo webite its 19/10/15 but both are version DBCN22WW but then when you click on Lenovo BIOS info! it says modified from previous. here are some screenshots http://s32.postimg.org/azfp4plol/image.png

Those CPUID programs are really good but I wouldn't trust them for driver updates. Yes, you can try updating BIOS from Lenovo support and of it is the same then I suppose it will display a message. Just read the instructions carefully don't just click next next next..
Also as I told you I would try updating GPU drivers from manufacturer's site. This may also fix the videoTDR error you also had.
