When I run the Solution Center Hardware scan program I get the above error code. I have seen some reports about the Mathimatical Operations Test fail. I tried the support file area and tried to download the Video files mentioned. I keep getting an error message that says invalid Signature for the file and the program will not run.
I have not seen this error vode mentioned but it might be related to other issues mentioned. Does anyone have any idea? Some of the messages say don't worry about it because it is a false error. I am not sure if it applies to this or not. I have been having issues where the system locks up and has to be restarted, Thanks.

Best people to decode the error W1SE23V17-JVQHB3 are the technical support guys as a special tool is used and likewise further suggestions about the related symptoms that you may have encountered whether related to the error on display or with a different thing.
First ensure yourself that you have an updated version of the Lenovo Solutions Center and likewise drivers provided from the support site or device manufacturer whichever would help with the symptoms.

I called Lenovo Support as suggested. The driver was incorrect or rather needed to be updated. It was interesting that the one on the Lenovo website does not work. It gives a checksum error when downloaded. Also when the correct driver was installed it was downloaded from the Intel site. The setup program to load from the Intel website cannot be used either. One has to go to the driver and ask it to update. Not sure why the setup program from Intel will not work and be used. The issue is not resolved. I appreciate the assistance.
