I have a problem with my mouse cursor. When it's loading the mouse cursor becomes pixelated like in the image below that I made.
When I uninstall the Intel HD Graphics 620 driver the mouse cursor acts normal. If I reinstall the driver the pixelated issue appears again.
I hop that this problem can be solved.

Thank you for using the lenovo forums
What i suggest is make sure the driver you are installing is up to date also go to the customization setting's for your unit and check if changing the cursor size helps atall.
If these steps do not work or you would like more info on this issue you can call your local Lenovo support line. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers

I am also having the same issue! So annoying...
I saw przemek1234pl's solution and I'd like to try it out, but I can't find Lenovo Utility or Utility.exe on my system. Help?

If you don't need neither Caps Lock on-screen indicator nor Flight mode hotkey, you may just disable (I did it) Lenovo Utility. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, go to Task manager, open the Startup tab, find Lenovo Utility, select it and click Disable, then reboot your notebook. Now everything should be fine, but remember Caps Lock on-screen indicator will not show and Flight mode hotkey will not work (little airplane one the F7 key).

Thank you so much it worked for me
The other solution is also opening compatiblity options for utility.exe and setting there DPI scaling to "Application". That solves the problem when 150% scaling is used.
