Lenovo Yoga 710 15IKB Audio Stutters

2017-02-10, 2:15 AM

Currently I'm playing music on Google Play music which plays fine until I'm about to click on another page or go to the home of google play for example and it stutters for a few seconds.

Also not sure if this is related, when I use my bluetooth speaker, audio stutters really bad, worse than when using internal speakers. Possibly two different problems but for now I really only care about the internal speakers stuttering as I rarely use my bluetooth speakers on my pc. Any hardware can be specified.

Hi there, Jame             -

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

Try to update the audio drivers & check if it’s an driver conflict.

Update us how it goes.

I've updated. Realtek High Definition Audio driver. I still have this problem. I have no idea how to find out if I have driver conflict. Noobie tech user.

You can start by flushing out all static, remove battery and AC adaptor and hold down power button for about 15 seconds.

Update us how it goes.
