Hello, I bought a Lenovo at Amazon in November 2016, it was working perfectly until last week when the battery stopped charging. If I unplug the power supply it simply turns off the computer. Tried every hint from the forums but nothing happened. When I look at the Battery condition it status that I have a Poor battery, Status = No activities.
Do someone have any idea or hint?
Does lenovo guarantee for a computer bought in US, applies in Brazil where I live?

I called Lenovo Customer Desk in Brazil and they opened a request for technical services that must call me in 48 hours. Also I sent a note to adjust my warranty coverage, since I bought in on Amazmon in October 30th, but in the lenovo page was saying that the warranty started in July 2016.

Good that you have called in technical support for the repair.
At the same time , you can also mention about the warranty adjustment as seen in your invoice since the website would just be an older record. The date of purchase would be the same ones to be followed.

Lenovo said that would return to me in 48 hours. After 96 hours I decided to check the ticket in the lenovo page and had the same status "escalated to level 1.5". I called lenovo in Brazil, and after a while the technician said that Lenovo in Brazil do not support laptops bought in USA and my warranty only apply in USA. How come???!!!! Isn't Lenovo a Global company? One of the biggest in the laptop Global Market? It is not a server weighing a thousand of pounds, it is simple laptop.
I do love the lenovo laptops, I work with a Thinkpad for year since lenovo bought it from IBM, and I'm used only to buy lenovo laptop for personal use as well. I do have 3 Lenovo laptops and would not like to change my mind about it moving to another brand.
Also the ticket that was created to correct the warranty start date, guess what, never returned to me and the Lenovo Brazil technician said that it was not thru him that I could check license problems.

International Warranty Service (IWS) enables customers who travel with, or relocate any IWS-eligible Lenovo machine type to receive warranty service in any country where their machine type is announced and sold and supported by Lenovo or a Lenovo authorized reseller.... Service procedures vary by country, and some service and/or parts may not be available in all countries. Lenovo will use commercially reasonable efforts subject to support capabilities within the destination country to obtain parts. Some countries may have fees and restrictions that apply at the time of service such as packaging, shipping and handling fees. You will be advised of your responsibility to pay these fees at the time of service.... You will be contacted by your service provider if your machine type cannot be serviced in the destination country.

As I checked for yoga-710-15isk/80u0 , Brazil is not listed as IWS supported for this model .
You would need to have the machine avail of the covered warranty from the original country of purchase and as to where the warranty was commited.
On similar scenarios , what works best is to have someone in the US that you can authorize to process the repair for you.
About the date in the base warranty:
