Lenovo Yoga 710 frozen

Just got a brand new Lenovo Yoga 710 laptop today and within hours of using it has completely frozen. Was watching a YouTube video and suddenly it froze and I can't turn it off, the keys aren't working, nothing is responding at all. All I see is a frozen image on the screen and a lit up keyboard. I tried holding down the power button but nothing happens. What do I do?

Try going through "Safe Mode" and see if the issue persist or not. If yes,

 

Run a few tests from this link -

http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/lenovodiagnosticsolutions/tools

 

You should try Storage test, memory test, motherboard test, CPU test. Open Command prompt and try sfc /scannow to check if your windows files are corrupted.

 

Update us how it goes.
