Lenovo Yoga 720 15, touchscreen not working

2019-03-17, 7:59 AM

Hello, I have Lenovo Yoga 720 15'', Windows 10 home, FHD, i7, 1050 4GB, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD.
I saw there are many cases like mine, that is... Touch not working on this laptop.
I tried all the recommended solutions, but without success.

I would be very happy if you would share your ideas with me.
Thanks, MR.

It would help if you would list what you've tried, so we're not wasting your time suggesting things you've already attempted.

Good luck!

First of all, thanks for showing interest in my problem.
I forgot to mention, the pen works, just no touch. Just like other similar cases.
I've tried:
-uninstalling toucscreen drivers in device manager
-reinstalling pen drivers
-flipped the screen over to put the laptop into a tablet mode, maybe it just works in tablet.. Nope.
-tried updating all the drivers
-reinstalled lenovo Vantage
-updated windows
-tried safe mode
-tried touch in bios like a moron. It seems stupid, since the trachpad doesn't work, but it was suggested.
