Lenovo Yoga 730 15: Lines on screen and image retention

2019-12-19, 21:54 PM

These lines started appearing on my screen earlier this week.  Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, I have image retention that you can see a little bit in the second picture.  If you know how to fix this problem please let me know. Thank you to anyone in advance.

Hi ,

Welcome to the Community,

Can you check if the lines show up even in BIOS, and if it does then it would need a physical check on the LCD or connection of it.

Hope this helps and let us knoow how it goes,

Jeremy

The lines still appear in BIOS.  What are the steps that I have to take in order to get a physical check.

Hi ,

Sorry for the late reply but a physical check should be performed by a Technician. Call Lenovo Support if you ar still under the warranty or consult a local computer shop if not.

Regards,

Jeremy
