My Lenobo Yoga 900 Keybord not working. while to entre the password it's working, after the login the keyboard goes useless. (Only flight mood key + brightness keys are working) , Btw I have create another local account and log on, and now for that local account keyboad is working as usual. Pls help

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Sounds like there is some sort of software that is preventing the KB from running when you log in to the account.
See if you are able to run any antivirus scan on the unit when you log in.
If it doesn`t coma back to you with any results, then attempt to factory reset the unit, this would rule out any software related issues.
Note: Please back up all your data as running this reset will delete any data on your machine
1. Turn the machine off and press the recovery button which is located usually next to the power button. If you have a desktop machine you will need to power the machine back on and keep tapping the F2 key.
2. Use the arrow keys and press enter on system recovery. ( Desktop users can skip this)
3. Select “restore from the initial backup” and then “Next”.
4. Click “start” and accept the warning messages.
Length of time can vary depending on the speed of the machine.

My lap is running with malwarebyte virus gurad as well protected with windows defender and I have fully scaned from both, virus gurd but not helped.
I wan't to reset worrying for softwares that will got to delete. By right now i am able to use my laptop by craeting a another user.
Once again thank you
