Yes, I think it is a google chrome issue, though maybe it is specific to the Yoga 910 (particularly since they are not allowing us to install the latest driver update to the intel graphic driver). 

 

Disconnecting hardware acceleration helps with the flickering but makes some websites run very slow (I have noticed this with WhatsApp Web for example).

Google "chrome video stutter" and you'll see it's not confined to just the 910.

So yes it does appear that the above fix works for my issues too, so seems certain to be a Chrome issue.

 

However turning off the hardware acceleration makes videos unwatchably laggy for me.

 

Guess I'm stuck. Will have to hope chrome updates fix this issue.
