I have a yoga 920 that when I put it into sleep mode the battery drains from 100% to 5% overnight. I've looked through forums and tried to find solutions but this one appears to be resistant to previous solution or I am implementing the solutions poorly. I tried deleting and reinstalling the Intel Management Engine Interface but still faced the same behavior. I altered the power plan so that in sleep mode I disabled the Turn on Fast Start up. I also changed what happens when I close the lid from sleep to hibernate and the battery stopped draining overnight. While hibernating works it doesn't solve the sleep power drain problem. I ran a sleep study and found that the camera was draining the battery as a USB deviceI disabled the USB always on and I don't have any other devices connected to the laptop.
Are there any other methods for disabling features during sleep that might be draining power?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
There are a couple of fixes that you can do to fix it. First is to download and install Windows Updates. You can also set the Battery mode to recommended for best battery performance and if you're going to use the laptop for an extended period of time, set it ti Battery Saver. Another fix is to run a Power Troubleshooter which you can access from Settings, Update & Security, Troubleshoot, Power then run the troubleshooter. Update us how it goes.

So I have done all those things. This happened after an update but I am unsure of which one. Also the battery is draining during the sleep mode when battery usage should be very low. The battery will drain almost completely in sleep mode in less than 10 hours and then switch over to hybernate.

If the issue happens after an update, you may perform a system restore to help you restore your computer's system files to an earlier point in time. You may follow the guide here.
