Hi there, Tendouku                 -

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

You can start by flushing out all static, remove battery and AC adaptor and hold down power button for about 20 seconds.

Can you run the Lenovo diagnostic tool for hardware & check for any errors.

Update us how it goes.

In addition to Shashi's response,

Attempt to factory reset if the above does not work, this is different, depending on the version of Yoga Book you may have, for Windows:

Note: Please back up all your data as running this reset will delete any data on your machine

1. Turn the machine off and press the recovery button which is located usually next to the power button. If you have a desktop machine you will need to power the machine back on and keep tapping the F2 key.
2. Use the arrow keys and press enter on system recovery. ( Desktop users can skip this)
3. Select “restore from the initial backup” and then “Next”.
4. Click “start” and accept the warning messages.
Length of time can vary depending on the speed of the machine.

For Android:
Note: Some setting may vary depending on the age of the tablet.
1. Go to Settings > Backup & reset
2. Touch Factory data reset
3. Touch Reset tablet
4. If your tablet is password protected, you'll be prompted to enter your Pattern, PIN or Password
5. Touch Erase everything to confirm

Alternatively, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the power button and the plus volume.
2. You will need to continue holding this until you feel a vibration.
3. Once this happens release the power button but carry on holding the plus volume key.
4. You will see an image of an Android robot with a red exclamation mark.
5. Use the volume keys to scroll to "wipe data/factory reset" and press Power to select it.
6. Scroll down to "Yes - erase all user data" and press Power to select it.

See if these can resolve the issue, if they don't, then it would be best to ctonact your local Lenovo support line.

Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers

Hope this help you, let us know how you get on
