Hi, I would like to set my c930 monitor to 1920x1080 instead of native 4k, in order to optimize battery life and to use an external full hd monitor as dual monitor without resizing/zooming issues. All is working, but I notice an issue on laptop monitor. It seems that using a full hd resolution instead of native 4k, the image quality is poor.... Do I need to set special configuration?

I have my Yoga 920 set to 1080p and I didn't have to change any settings but the resolution.
Just make sure you restart your laptop after you change the settings. I know that when I first switched to 1080p, I was shocked by the difference in resolution, but eventually I got used to it.
Hope that helps.

That screenshot appears perfectly fine on my computer. I'm using a 4k 910 (I never change the resolution as the battery savings isn't that much for ordinary web surfing) plugged in to a 1080p HDTV. Windows auto changes the resolution and shuts off the 910 screen whenever the USB-C to HDMI adapter is connected and the TV is on.
Pull that screen shot up in a jpeg viewer. If it's still blurry, you might need to reinstall your graphics driver. Though, unless you're watching a lot of 4k videos, I'd just leave it at 4k and set it to turn off the laptop display when you're connected to an external display.

As I said, the screenshot you posted is perfectly clear. Maybe if you took a picture of the screen with the resolution set to both 4k and 1080, we could better help with a diagnosis.

That appears to me to be a pretty typical issue that happens when you feed a 4k display with less than its native resolution. Some things just don't scale correctly. There are some Windows settings that might mitigate the issue. (I'm not recommending the software listed toward the bottom of the page, just the settings).
I have a 910 with a 4k display. I have the scaling set at 150% for 1920 X 1080 and 300% for 3840 X 2160. I don't run 1920X1080 on the laptop, itself. Only when connected to an external 1080p monitor. Everything looks adequately sharp all of the time.
