Hello, after one week of use, one of the USB-C / ThunderBolt ports no longer works.
I just updated all the drivers and do a windows update.
How to solve problem?

Are you still having issues with the USB-C/Thunderbolt port? Were there any changes or updates prior to the issue?
We suggest updating the BIOS and the Chipset. You may download the updates from our support website.
You may also try a different device to further isolate the problem.
