Lenovo yoga 3 pro, USB stopped working

hello! I have Lenovo yoga 3 pro 13ISK win 10


my USB port stopped working - my lenovo does not recognize it..

when I go to control panel - DEVICES - I don't see USB section.

I did the 'Lenovo system diagnostic' = nothing..

my BIOS is updated, my drivers are updated, I've done system recovery ...

nothing helps

Yes, you can fix the problem by pressing the power button for 20 seconds.

Yes, the problem is solved by changing the BIOS version (from A6CN56WW to A6CN58WW or from A6CN58WW to A6CN56WW), it does not make any difference between the old version to the new version or the new version to the old version.

But when you use this solutions, the problem is not solved permanently. Unfortunately, it happens again and again and then you will use one of the above again.


If you want to fix this problem permanently, YOU MUST CHANGE(replace) YOUR POWER CABLE


i changed my power cable then everthing is OK now.
