Lenovo yoga 530 Touchscreen and Touchpad not working

Hi guy's

 

from yesterday the touchscreen and the touchpad have stopped to working,

i've already unistalled and reinstalled all the driver, i've noted that under human interface devices i've only 6 driver

and the driver "lenovo pen device" and "I2C HID-Device" have a warning yellow triangle, what can be the problem?

Hi Sierug! Welcome to our forums community. Try running the update through the Lenovo Vantage app. Install all available updates. If the issue persist, try booting to BIOS and check if the touchscreen issue persist. HILARIOUS RESPONSE FROM LENOVO.....!     this should automatically detect its not working....!  and fix it,  1000's of touchscreens not working after windows update!  EVEN MINE  tried everything!  lenovo blames microsoft,  microsoft blames lenovo,  corrupt corporates forcing our machines to break!  oh do a factory reset, NO.....!  Takes weeks to reload programmes and files saved! I've got better things to do and my £1500 machine should function properly!
