I would recommend contacting Lenovo service centres and applying the normal phone techniques to get it replaced promptly.

I bought this model a few days ago at the Microsoft Store as a replacement after they refused to repair my <1 year-old Dell. It was broken from the moment I took it out of the box with similar terrible screen problems. Wasted hours of my valuable time troubleshooting solo and on the Lenovo support line. Hours! Such a scam. Get your **bleep** together, Lenovo.

Same here. Purchased this week. Screen flickering from the moment I took it out of the box. Wasted multiple hours troubleshooting on the Lenovo "Support Line." Complete joke. Haven't been able to use the device for anything else otherwise. Returning to the Microsoft store today to dump this POS. Get your **bleep** together, Lenovo, you sad excuse for a company.

I own a lenovo yoga 14 for quite some time now and I am too currently struggling with screen flickering issue and it's getting on my nerves pretty hard. I noticed that lenovo has quite a few threads about this issue and the closed topics result in laptop replacement, but I think that is the worst solution to the problem. Here is a footage of a gameplay on my laptop. Flickering like this also happens when browsing online and other general laptop usage.
What I tried:
Updated video drivers
Disable all battery/screen saving functions.
Change screen resolution.
Flickering stops connecting external screen to laptop.
Running live linux on the laptop also doesn't produce flickering effect.
Any help appreciated.

I think I found the solution-
Download 'Lenovo Settings' from Microsoft Store
Open 'Lenovo Settings', go to Display section (it's a display icon, the last one on the left), uncheck 'Automatically adjust your display brightness using your computer's ambient light sensor.'
Not sure if there are other solutions, but this worked for me.
