I recently brought a lenovo laptop through amazon and when I was updating my new laptop to windows 10, the error code 0xc000000d appears. I researched the error code and found that I am to reinstall windows 10 in order to reboot the device, either through a usb or a disc. However, how do I reinstall the windows 10 onto a disc or a usb?
Additionally, is it the laptop's fault or is just windows 10 update that has caused this problem? If its the laptop's fault, then I will probably return the laptop.
Thank you in advance

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
I believe it usually relates to the boot configuration being corrupted, so the unit is not able to process the booting properly.
