Hi victormontoya ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
The popping keys you are having is mechanical in nature and not caused by any accidents so this is something that your warranty would cover. As this may be an isolated event on some devices you may call in technical support to cover the neccessary repair for your laptop.
You may call in technical support:

I'm getting the same issue with my yoga 900 keyboard, especifically the right shift key has just poped out so now i'm not using the notebook in tablet mode to avoid the same situation with another keys.
I have generated a service request since 2 weeks ago in technical support but i have had no success because of the schedule.
Please could you help me in order to solve this situation.

Hi, i found a silicone protectors on amazon that can cover the keyborad and less prevent from losing keys, the problem for me is that they don't send it to México, but there is plenty of covers that can protect the lenovo from this situations.
