Re: Lenovo yoga 910 not turning on??

Hi Sam1490,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

You can try plugging it on another power source/outlet and if available, use a compatible charger to check if the laptop would have the same issue.

Don't attempt to open the laptop as it may void the warranty but instead to call in technical support or the store:

0333-777-3991 (National Rate) For Lenovo & Idea products #2 9:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

Update us how it goes.

Regards

Hiii !

I have the same issue with my Yoga 3.14, and it's not under warranty anymore.

Do you have any idea on how to make it work again ?

Re: Lenovo yoga 910 not turning on??

Hi Sam1490

Greetings.

You can call in technical support as it would have it warranty active that we don't want to void.

Click here to change your product specific to your model, from the dropdown you can check on a country and contact number available to you.

You may also use this tool to find Lenovo Service Center if they could provide In-Warranty repair for your machine.

******

To Colombe,

You can review the Power System Check out guide here on page 21-22 of the hardware manual.

If you need specific tools to proceed and to verify probable systemboard issue, best to have it checked with nearest local service center.

Regards to both.
