Re: Lenovo yoga some keys not working

If the keys are in a line, hold all the keys down at once. Repeatedly tap them at the same time, firmly, I even nudged them around a bit. THIS WORKED!!!

I had tried updating the bios, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers etc, reseting my laptop, cleaning the keys...

I had 3, e, d and c not working.

Re: Lenovo yoga some keys not working

I had a similar problem,

the keys [enter] [right shift] [.] [,] [m] [v] [c] [x] [y] [#] [right ctrl]

just stopped working, however it happened when i was playing a game and ingame the keybindings also changed...

Few of these commentators seem to have a problem with their character encoding / KEYBOARD LAYOUT CONFIGS (regional).

THIS SOLVED IT FOR ME

RIGHTclick start-symbol (windows symbol on the bottom left)
Configs/Options
Time and Language
(left) Region and Language
(right) ADVANCED KEYBOARD OPTIONS / CONFIGS
Drop-Down window "use language packs (recommended)" click & choose your country ;-)

PS: I translated the option names from german, they might not be totally accurate. Here is the german version.

RECHTSklick auf das Start-symbolc(Windows Symbol links unten)
Einstellungen
Zeit und Sprache
(links) Region und Sprache
(rechts) Erweiterte Tastatureinstellungen
Drop-Down Fenster "Sprachliste verwenden (empfohlen)" anklicken & Land auswählen ;-)

LG Phil
