Let's try this again to see if I get a response finally

I sent my laptop to the depot for repair and now trying to check status.  I type in my service order number and get an error.  Do I need to drive to Kentucky to check on it or is there someone that can help me?

Hello Sean,

Do you still have your serial number? Do not type it here, but I suggest calling technical support using the serial number or case number you have. They might also be able to find your machine with your personal details.

Warm regards,

It's a yoga 700.  What does that have to do with a depot service number?

Thank you for the reply, but why can't I find my laptop with a service order number that Lenovo gave me?  Isn't that the purpose of the number and the sheet I filled out?
