I've been trying to find the specific motherboard used in the Yoga 700-14ISK model 80QD0088SP laptop, but no information about it seems to be available, even though I've seen it in a Spanish well-known website.
I want to know to cross-check the maximum RAM memory that can be installed, since some sites advertise 8 GB, others 16 GB, and I've even seen some web saying that it is possible to upgrade the Yoga 700-14ISK up to 32 GB of RAM.

There is only one memory slot in this Yoga, and I think 16 or 32 GB SODIMM DDR3 modules don't even exist... So, 8 GB is the limit.

I agree with what blero said above. 8GB is the limit.

Last week I bought and installed a 16 GB SO-DIMM (Mushkin 16 GB DDR3-1866) in my Lenovo Yoga 700 14ISK laptop.
It works perfectly.
This is the largest DIMM I could find in this form factor, so I think that 16 GB is the maximum.

I know it has been a few months since this message, but I was wondering if you would be able to provide some follow up with how this RAM is performing on your laptop, and a link to where I could buy it? I have been trying to find it on NewEgg but no such luck.

Thank you so much! The one I was looking at was this Crucial one on Amazon http://a.co/hWhWqXw I don't know enough about the architecture to be able to say if this would also be compatible. Please let me know if you have an opinion about it. I really appreciate your response!
