Mouse cursor does not zoom in/out and shows 2 cursors in Yoga X1 Gen 3

2020-09-11, 22:07 PM

Hi All,

I am having issues with my Yoga X1 Gen 3 laptop. I bought this laptop specifically works which mainly focused on the AutoCAD software like Microstation. Whenever, I opened the Microstation, two mouse cursors appear, plus the zoom in and zoom out does not work on the MS, and it is really frustrating to work with that. I could not figure out how to get rid of the second mouse cursor. However, the tempoary workaround I did is, to disabled the "Touchscreen" option under "Human Interface Devices" in Device Manager, and it woked fine. But I would like to know the proper and permanent solution. Otherwise, I may return my laptop which I dont want, since the computer is super fast.

FYI, the Microstation software is working fine as usual on the other laptop I have.

If you can provide any solution or resolve this issue, I will be thankful to you.
