My Yoga 3 14 TouchScreen Problem

2015-11-19, 9:56 AM

I've just bought a lenovo Yoga 3 14'' (80JH) and since my company only uses windows 7 Professional, I have to downgrade it from windows 8 (pre build). I've never realized I dificult it could be to install win7 in this laptop.

I'm using Bios on legacy support.

I've tried with a external DVD and with from USB configured by official Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool. In both cases I get the windows error message "

"A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now."

Note: If the Windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step."

I've tried then to add the USB3 drivers to the image without success.

If you did install windows 7 in the Lenovo yoga 3 (14''), could please share how did you do it?

Help needed!

Thank you
