I've barely gotten to use my 3-month old Yoga c930 because it's constantly crashing. I took it back to the store I bought it from and they said their warranty only covers faulty hardware. I don't know much about computers so all the advice on the internet is going wayyy over my head. I've tried contacting a Lenovo repair provider with no response. Can someone help me resolve these issues in a way that explains them like I'm an old lady? I'm computer savvy, just not sure what most sites are saying when they're explaining their troubleshooting steps (they're mostly talking to people who've built their own PC).
Here are my codes, most recent at the bottom:
critical process died (this one is over and over again)
default boot device missing or boot failed
BI initializedLibrary failed 0xc00000bb
- at this point, I reset bios settings according to an article online and it seemed to help. My computer worked for 3 days. Then I started getting:
0x0000007a Kernel data inpage error
APC Index Mismatch.
The only thing I've installed since reseting bios settings is Adobe Acrobat. Then malware bytes last night to see if that caught anything (it didn't).
HALP -- I just bought this computer 3 months ago. I spent a TON of money on it. :'(
