Me too.... it was a bad motherboard. I shipped it back to Lenovo about six weeks ago and they told me that they do not know when they will have a replacement part. Good luck.

Contact Lenovo either through the toll-free phone number, the callback system or chat and they'll open a ticket. You'll be sent a box with shipping labels enclosed.
