New Lenovo Flex 15 (Windows 8.1 installed) - keep getting driver_power_state_failure

Keep getting these "driver_power_state_failure" which causes the Flex to re-boot.

After spending £500+ on a Lenovo notebook, I would expect better!! Very frustrating.

Anyone else having the same problem, and is Lenovo actually trying to do something about it?

regards

After what period of time does this error show up? I haven't encountered the same issue yet, however, my system has only been on a few hours a day.

Almost always with the first 15mins.
Flex 15 (i5, 4200u) upgraded to Windows 8.1.
