Restarting going through the bios gave me brightness back, but in my bios I saw no performance settings. I used to see them in Vantage, but can't find them now. Not a fan of Vantage. Bad UI design.

There is no 'System Performance' option in the Bios on my Lenovo Yoga 720-13IKB i7 4K 16GB...
Still yellowish tinge...

One discovery and a couple of thoughts. On my Windows 10 Pro toolbar, I have the very large battery icon of the Vantage toolbar that can launch Vantage. There's a setting to change the color temperature of the display there. Pick the hamburger menu drop down, then My Device Settings, then Display and Camera below the title in the blue/green header bar. There you can change color temp for both daytime and night light modes.
I found that I can access performance/power settings via the system's standard battery toolbar icon. I still can't find the performance mode settings that used to be accessible in Vantage.
In the notification sidebar, if you view the expanded settings, the Night Light setting toggles a warm screen color. You can also toggle brightness, but it's a little disconcerting to have the display go dark at "darkest" setting. Don't move your cursor or finger and you can click out of it.
Vantage is a miserable tool that buries the useful settings under marketing nonsense.
