I bought a Yoga 13 three weeks ago from Amazon. Since few days the Yoga 13 stopped charging the battery.
I tried the different options in the Lenovo Energy management without success. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the Energy management software. Now it tells me continuously that it won't charge the battery because it is not an original Lenovo battery ?!?
Is there a way to solve this issue without returning the computer? I have already had some nightshifts installing all the software packages I need.

Welcome to Lenovo Community Forums!
Try opening Device Manager and uninstall the microsoft acpi-compliant method battery and Restart the System.
If this one did not work, I believe you can Call support and have just the Battery to be replaced

thanks very much for the tip, I will keep it in mind.
In the meantime, I managed by a hint from somewhere else in this forum: switch off the computer then press the on-off switch for about 30sec.
