Hi people. My lenovo Yoga just recently showed this message: 'no audio output device is installed'. I've tried various suggestions from other forum and they don't work. My lenovo used connexant audio driver. However, when i tried to reinstall, the installation is terminated. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thank you for your help.

Hi 44444 ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you have the machine number to specifically identify your yoga model ?
When did the issue started and Windows version ? Would there be any playback using an external speaker or headphones ? Maybe you can just jump back to a previous restore date using system restore.
On some occasion additional filtering application may block reinstallation of drivers.
You may set the machine first to clean boot and disable the antivirus for the next steps.
Completely uninstall audio drivers from the device manager.
Update driver from the computer to allow it to browse on the location of your previously downloaded driver (browse on this PC , have disc, locate driver file) to reinstall and restart.
Update us how it goes.
