I just purchased a brand new laptop of Lenovo Yoga 530-14ikb with S/N: YB110xxxxx, MTM: 59ACLUxx. It is a very good machine, but only the serial number or machine number above is not recognized by the Lenovo website for reviewing warranty support, and product detail.

We've just noticed the S/N that you've shared, was still on an old format(2 Letters + 8 Numbers). Its weird to see this old format of S/N on one of our most recent models. The recent format of our S/N is on an 8-digit Alphanumeric format. You could check out this link for the ways on how to look for the S/N: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/find-product-name . Yes, I have carefully detected the laptop serial number by various methods either auto detect 'detect my product' on the website on that laptop or manually entering the serial number and machine number. It is still the same pop up of no product found or incorrect/invalid serial number.
For clear reference, I have attached the image of my detail serials in the BIOS utility that is confirmed correctly with other physical material such as the sticker on laptop body, sticker on packaging box, etc.

Were there any motherboard replacement on your laptop? We can't find any details as well using the serial number listed in BIOS on our database.
