Sounds like your operating System is corrupt. You will need to reinstall using a bootable cd or usb drive.

Hi,Acidman303x,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Try to check if the BIOS is detecting your hard drive. You can use the "NOVO" button through this manual here https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles_pub/lenovo_yoga_2_11_hmm.pdf (Reference on Page 54).

And the remaining steps via this link:

https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/troubleshoot/lpt000453

Also, the boot sequence defines which devices a computer should check for the operating system's boot files. It also specifies the order in which those devices should be checked and hard drive should be the first boot priority.

Here's how:

If the hard drive is unreadable, then you may contact the nearest Service Provider https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht118678?Source=social_eservices&Medium=FBPAGE&Term=eServices_General%20eServices&Content=20170319_20170319175913&linkId=35623564

And filter with respective Country, so that you could get the proper help that you need for your laptop.

Regards.
