I tried to do the very first backup of a Lenovo Yoga 3, and it failed with "One Key Stopped Working" and it exited. It left a few files on the backup disk, but there was no explanation of why. The backup speed indicator remained at zero. I switched to a different external USB drive, and it also failed, so it wasn't the disk. Then I switched to a different USB port and it still failed.
How can I determine the cause of the problem? Can I download a newer version of the One Key software and re-install?
