I have a Lenovo Yoga 530.

Is the Lenovo active pen stylus compatible with it? Such as this one?

According to the PSREF, The Yoga 530 uses Lenovo Active Pen 2.

Many thanks for the advice, I would be lost without it.

Do you know how important is it to get the exact part number? Because the 'GX80N07825' seems to be expensive (£75) 

However, I have seen a 'Lenovo Active Pen 2' for a significantly cheaper price of just £45, but it has a different part number (4X80N95873).

The Lenovo Active Pen (No number 2) seems to be cheaper still at about £35, but I don't think I should risk that as the PSREF you kindly provided did specify the 'number 2' model. Lenovo Active pen £35

The GX80N07825 is a substitute part for 4X80N95873, and it should work with Yoga 530 model 80EK (Intel) and 80H9 (AMD). The price of the pen will vary depending on where you're going to purchase it. The actual price is on the official website (£75), while it might be cheaper with 3rd party store. Not exactly the part no. we provided is what we need, but the part no. will help in getting the compatible part, adding that there are some substitute part no. we can also use in getting the Lenovo Active Pen 2.

Mine is a Yoga 530-14IKB Laptop (ideapad) Type 81EK    - so that doesn't seem exactly the 80EK (Intel) or 80H9 (AMD) that you specified. 

So would the 4X80N95873 still work with my machine?

Sorry for the confusion. What I mean is the Lenovo Active Pen 2 (4X80N95873) will work on Yoga 530 model 81EK and 81H9.

Hi, did this work out OK? I have a Yoga 530-141KB  81EK and would like to try the pen 2 and I think (also confused) that this post indicates it'll work?
