No... then again with a computer less than a month old, replacing its hardware is an unacceptable solution imo.

I called lenovo again a few hours ago. Interesting how each person that picks up the phone gives me different instructions. Now, the lady from customer service ''downgraded'' my wireles drivers because she told me that sometimes new drivers have problems with windows and we need to give time to intel to fix the new drivers (2-3 weeks) and then after a few weeks updating the drivers.

 

What i just discovered also is that now browsing the web I don`t have constant drops but always when I try to watch a youtube video that is heavy, like 1 to 2 hours long my wifi instantly drops when trying to watch it.

 

Strange, no?

Im not seeing  many complaints with the new sony vaio flips. . 

is there a different wifi setup in the sony vai Flip tthen the yoga 2?. .

Correction. Worked great for one day. Now it is worse than before the driver update. Rather than just disconnecting quickly (which is what it did before), it takes minutes to disconnect, all the while I lose internet service. Very frustrating.

I guarantee if you replace the wifi card with the SAME wifi card, you will experience the same drop connection. Therefore, this is not Lenovo's fault..Intel's problem. Prove me wrong.

What kind of BS is this  that its not Lenovo's fault... YOUR  D A M N  right its Lenovos FAULT , they manufactured , put together and sold us these computers , so in simple terms it is their fault..

 

 

Almost like buying a ford car ford make very little many parts are outsourced but we take them back to ford when we have a warranty problem and blame them not the others so get real this is LENOVO'S FAULT

Too many problems with these new hybrids. .better off getting a mac book and a decent android tablet. .In a few years they'll have these hybrids sorted but to have to gamble on wifi working on a 1000 usd computer is ridiculous

Read the comment that I just made 2 post above you. This fixed my wifi issues to almost 80%. I get some drops here amd there but much less than with the newers drivers. Try to uninstal the wireless adapter and instal with the version that came with the pc (older driver: 16.5.3.6). Just dont update the drivers for a few weeks and let them fix the drivers.

First off, learn how to use spell check or learn to write intelligently. Second, just prove me wrong. Go out, buy the same wifi card and tell me your results. How difficult is that? All I'm asking is to prove me wrong rather than quickly pointing the finger at Lenovo. Prove me wrong..please.
