Re-enable on screen keyboard automatically when turned to tab

Hi, originally I had the automatic keyboard when the laptop was turned to tab (Yoga 500). Now I reinstalled the system from scratch and installed allupdated drivers but the keyb will not pop up when I am in tablet mode.
